• Projecte Fènix Passeig de la Petxina: Casa Caridad ha condicionat un edifici en la zona de Petxina amb 8 habitatges, dos per planta, amb una capacitat per a 36 persones. Els habitatges disposen d’un saló-cuina i dues o tres habitacions. Una dels habitatges està adaptada i accessible per a les necessitats de les persones amb mobilitat reduïda.
• Projecte Fènix Benicalap: : L’habitatge està situat en el barri de Benicalap i compta amb 4 places.
• Projecte Fénix El Carmen: Un habitatge situat en el barri del Carmen i compta amb 4 places.
• Projecte Fénix DANA Torrent: 12 habitatges destinats a persones que han estat afectades per les inundacions
